What our customers say about us

on the roof 6 weeks. I just wanted to write to you to comment on the process and service Ace Energy of Shaftesbury have offered. From the first site evaluation you and your team have been excellent. You were very informative, patient and helpful in assessing the roof space available, and assisted with the design and layout of the panels depending on the roof structure with the builder. Your quote was very competitive and as you are a local man, we were confident that the job would be done to the best standard possible. We settled in the end on 18 panels of 220w making a total of 3.96KWH potential total.

Ben and the installation team were well organised and always kept us informed as to what was going on, as well as having a insatiable appetite for tea! Their work seems to have been very thorough and the panels are all in sync and equidistant. The electrician was well informed and professional and also kept us briefed on what he was doing and what wasneeded. The wiring route was a joint decision to make sure we were happy with any conduits
or drilling locations.

But the ‘proof is in the pudding’ so to speak. The generation meter has been flashing away and I read it every week. The first week, you may remember, was only on half power, but these are the results in KWH from the start on August 15th to end of September:
